EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Anthonia A. Ifada,  Her passion for Customer Service modeled and encouraged her path as a Human Resources Personnel a Certified Human Resources Manager, she is also the CEO T30 Events Management, Co-Founder Aniera Enterprises.

Prior to the Joining of Aniera Homes Partners Ltd,  She worked as Human Resources Executive and the Administrative Manager for Gran Imperio Group Ltd, a Real Estate Firm owners/Developers of SouthPointe Estate on Orchid Hotel Road, Lekki Lagos, Northpointe Estate 1&2 on Chevron Drive Midland Court Estate 1&2. She also worked as a Marketing and Sales Administrator for Howard Roark Gardens Ltd Owners/Developers of Jacob Mews Estate (Adekunle Yaba Lagos, Lakeview Park I Ikota Lagos, Lakeview ParkII, Real Estate Firm, where she was in charge of customer service (Interface and bookkeeping) Howard Roark Gardens is a sister company to Gran Imperio Group Ltd.

She worked with Diamond Bank as an email administrator in the customer service department where she handled the inbound and outbound email from 2012-2013  From 2008-2012 she worked as a customer clientele personnel with Access Bank Call Centre She was a Team Lead, she handled outbound & inbound calls, outbound & inbound emails, she had a passion for Customer service this was what made her exceed expectation for Customer Service TAT (Turn Around Time). In 2007 she worked with Guaranty Trust Bank Call Centre as a CSR.  She’s BPA holder (Bachelor’s in Public Administration) from Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma
